I tried to finish this, I REALLY tried but the MC is SUPER ANNOYING and stupid, BEYOND STUPID!!! When he found out his brother and his best friend were texting he seemed jealous however it was because he was a brocon and is obsessed with his younger brother, which there is a sequel about the younger brother and that is the only reason I gave this one a chance. When he found out about the whole ordeal he shouted a VERY homophobic thing to the ML, telling him not to drag his brother into male on male action/romances (even though plot twist his brother is trying to find his identity and thinks he is gay and in love with his friend) Super annoying that the MC is more concerned with his brother being gay than the fact that his brother is getting taken advantage by a 27yr old man (he isn't but he thought he was and it didn't bother him about the age difference just the fact that he didn't want his brother to be gay)
I wanted to drop it right there however I pushed through, and I thought maybe there would be change in their relationship however the MC is basically thoughtless and selfish when he sees his best friend is struggling hard with being near him knowing the ML knows about the way he feels and not having his feelings returned. The uke just wants the ML around and isn't thinking about how that makes the ML feel especially when he know she ML wants to move on and find someone who will love him back yet the MC (the uke) keeps crying "I just want to be near you) It gets worse after the ML struggles more which just made it hard to finish.
I don't recommend, if you want to read the sequel about the MC's younger brother then just skip this one.
