I kept reading because I thought "Maybe the seme will change and learn to love and respect him" NOPE he never does, he starts off seeing the MC as a toy to kill time with by telling him to give him blow jobs and then straight up rude and horrible to him by being bored of that blow job and telling him he sucks and to do better.
I still pushed through the story thinking he would have some character development but NOPE he only got worse, he says he doesn't know what like is yet tells him that he likes him but indirectly like the MC isn't worthy, then finally at the end you see a timeskip of 2 years and he still doesn't respect the MC. The MC tells him he knows he doesn't like it when he goes out to drink at bars (he says "Go out and drink here" the place looked like a bar) and then the Seme complains, and it basically "well you don't like me drinking anywhere" reply and the MC tells him "that's because you bring many girls home" and it shows him with a bunch of drunk girls in their home with one girl who looks close to him on his lap. I stopped reading there so I'm Not sure if he is cheating on the uke with girls but the fact that he still doesn't respect him one bit or even show love or care towards him makes this a horrible trash story. Not to mention earlier on in the story he tells the MC "it doesn't matter if its a girl or guy" and we know he used to mess around with girls so I wouldn't be surprised if in the end he is cheating on the MC with girls.
