(Correct me if I'm wrong, but chapter 21 is the final one and we are to get some extras and that's that, right?)
The bet factor doesn't help this stand out too much from other workplace-related josei stories, but it doesn't need to be something THAT unique to be enjoyable, right? I liked the dynamics between the FL and her best friend on one side and the ML and his best friend on the other. Would have been great to explore where the two besties would go with each other, as I think the author hinted at some possible development there.
Regarding the art: nothing too spectacular, but it has a friendly, soothing style to it. It does its job well, no complaints there - the wardrobe changes were realistic and diverse enough to illustrate the change within the FL.
I recommend 'Kake Kara...' because it's 20ish chapters of 14-15 pages each. You can go through it in zero time and get a bit of a fluffy feeling...And a slight disappointment of its rushed development in the last few chapters.
