This manga requires you to do a little "homework" to get all the jokes if you don't know much about the production, history, and important faces of manga. But if you know those things, it's such a fun little treat!
The art is great, just like the rest of Toyama's works, and I found the whole thing to be really funny and sweet. It didn't have much of a story, but what it did have didn't feel forced. The characters were not the most unique or interesting, but that's a given for comedy manga.
It is by no means a masterpiece but I still really enjoyed it and think other people would too - f you're looking for something short to read in a day, this is great!
