Mixed Feelings

I feel like I'm reading a comic created by a veteran who knows all the ins and outs of creating shonen manga and exactly all the elements you need. He fulfills every point on that checklist, but it feels hollow and lacks the heart of previous JoJo's. It feels like a massive downgrade from the previous part, which was so much more unique and moving. You could sense the passion Araki must of had creating Diamond is Unbreakable in comparison.

This could be worth reading for some competent, albeit mind-numbing, fights but overall you might find yourself struggling to care by the end of it. I hope you enjoy it more than I did.
