**Minor spoiler that you learn in like the first chapter: Male lead hates female lead because of things her father has done. They are married and he hates her guts and makes her feel like dog shit at all times. Turns out, the leads have history together but our girl cannot share for reasons, so ML keeps going on not knowing this.
The story is extremely hot and cold. Anytime it looks like there's some development in their relationship, it plummets back to the ground. He is NOT GOOD for her by any means...even if this shared history between them ever comes to light, the way he treated her is inexcusable. He is not a likeable character. I wanted to give him a chance for the first many chapters but he's just terrible.
CHARACTERS
I've said enough about the male lead but our girl is fairly likeable, dependable, kind, caring, forgiving etc. She is too pure - torn between her father and her husband even though they both treat her like garbage. Also there are really no side characters. None are likeable or notable, so the story completely rides on the main leads...
ART
I really liked the art style in the first chapters. It was colorful and I loved the outfit designs. It seemed as it went on it became blander and simpler. The male lead gets a haircut or something and becomes less attractive. The men are also built like wrenches in this and it's kind of funny :p
I really wanted to like this :c but it's in a state of CONSTANT AND NEVER RESOLVED misunderstandings, abuse, toxicity between the characters and it just makes me pity the female lead, she never ever gets a break. The male lead will do or say something that gives us some hope but it's ruined moments later usually. I just can't see myself continuing to read this and enjoying it :/ So no, I don't recommend this title. I consider the time I spent reading this to be a total waste of time.
