This was a brilliant watch, and I'd totally recommend it. It manages to tackle the issues of the industry while being relatable to the audience. The twist at the ending makes sense while being random.

Plot: so the plot is about a girl in a pop group that isn't doing so hot. She loves singing and even took lessons to perfect her craft, yet it wasn't bringing in a lot of money. Her company decided to then pivot her career into acting, and that's the start of her troubles.

Relatable: Most people can relate to the fact of uncertainty. We've all second guessed ourselves and asked "Am I making the right choice?" That's what the main character is struggling with. We can all relate to this issue, which draws the audience in and has her sympathize with her character. It humanizes her in a world of glamor and admiration.

Twist: this anime is sort of a thriller and mystery. You're trying to figure out, what's going on. What's real and what's fantasy. The genius thing about the twist is that you think, "huh?" when it's revealed, but then you rethink every scene back in your mind. The movie hints at the twist ending in subtle ways that the audience would glance over before the reveal, but would play it back after the reveal. The twist makes so much sense when you look back at all the evidence, but you never even think of it while it's actually playing!

Cons: aside from the main character, no one else really gets character development. The art is a bit jarring to look at. I get that one shouldn't judge too harshly on art, but as a visual media, it's something that really stands out. It's like looking back on the CGI in old movies. It's so cheesy that you can't help but notice it.

Overall: Despite the lack of development from other characters and the art, it's a good watch.
