Story and characters: 8
Doing it yourself as the name implies, doing things yourself, but as I said, it has a little more within it. You'll see it within the first few moments of the show. You got one character's home, seeming more hi tech, while our other character, still lives within a less tech savvy place. Playing on the themes that the current age is changing. Sooner or later, we'll have no need to lift a finger, but there is something special, than doing it yourself.
Fit in more of a school club setting that's realistic, so you aren't going to see anything over the top, and more simple and ideal. Hoping to fill enough members in hopes to keep a club/potential club going. But the charm more comes within it's characters. Yua, Serufu herself is a fun bundle, more likely the most clumsy anime character that you may ever see. Her name even rings well with the show, which is fitting. But she's a bundle of joy to build your anime around, among more good bunch of characters, that make the anime flow sweetly. It doesn't feel like too much too soon, it's steadily paced, and will be a sweet thing to watch week in, week out.
Art and sound: 8
This is such a highlight for me, it's as if it's come right out of a colouring book, or a good detailed book that really shines nicely frame by frame. As if it's purposely not completely finished, in order to really give off that style, but it really makes it look good, and look different. A pretty style overall. Not to mention a very fun OP in general,which all fits the style of the show. It's fun, it's fun doing it yourself, it's fun watching the show. Fun, fun, fun.
