To be concise, loved the animation, the soundtrack was good, character designs as well, but it was rushed. important things weren't elaborated, ending didn't give a good-bad feel vibe, it was just meh. It could be compared to the anime-s that have executed good-bad feel vibe in a correct way like "i want to eat your pancreas", "Gurren Lagann" - there is something tragic that happens in both of those creations, but it's not all for nothing or rather it has some weight to it (feel free to explore and find out for yourself, i wont put the spoilers for those 2 here). there was a potential to do the same thing for "Edgerunners" even with the knowledge throughout 2-3 last episodes about the fact that David will eventually die, despite that his death was just meh, not much happened, he just got pushed around my the Smasher, Becca got just randomly killed off after being alive for such a long time and for what? stupid memes that aren't even that funny tbh. It's obvious why Cyberpunk has the hype around it and why people might give it a score around 7-8, but I don't agree with people who give it 1-4 or 9-10 because either of those scores are exaggerated.

Either way this is just my personal opinion and with it being only 6/10, I would recommend it to people who played the game or to those who like similar themed stuff.
