On the other hand, the animation quality was clearly not the best. It was okay, it was watchable, however, in certain fight scenes you would expect much more tension, which is typically shaped by sound effects and intense animations. Nowadays, that is something I mostly would love to expect from most fighting anime. It was clear they were trying to save costs on certain fight scenes in order to deliver a good final battle in the last episodes.
Other than that, this is basically a light-hearted anime because the MC is mostly traveling and trying to avoid trouble and attention. Regardless of that, he still gets into certain evil plots that he wants to stop while piling up the burden of wanting to protect the people he met and loved the company of. It does pay itself eventually, but with each journey he becomes more renown in the world due to his good deeds that he stops by to do.
This isn't an AAA title, so keep your expectations rather low going into this, but it is a fun and entertaining experience. Give it a go, watch a couple episodes and if you are into it, you might as well go ahead and finish it whole.
