Story: The story is pretty good on nailing a few stuff in the manga. And each episode is usually an episode that can be watched by itself without having to watch the previous episode. Another thing is that there is some laughter here and there but not a full blown comedy, so there might be some times where the episode just seems dull. Also the thing that is filled in EVERY single episode is fanservice. So it is obviously made for a male audience, but ignoring that fact, it is pretty good in introducing the Rosario+Vampire series. The amount of plot the anime covers compared to the manga is relatively low.
Art: I do however love the artwork in the anime more than the manga. The characters are just a lot more cuter in my opinion and the way they are drawn is just spectacular. Though the fanservice can get kind of annoying.
Sound: I personally liked the OP and ED. Normally I would skip them if I thought it was boring, but I really liked the songs they picked, and the beat is alright. I do have to mention that the character's voices do sound like the voice I imagined while reading the manga so that is pretty good.
Character: There is a decent amount of character development. The characters are just so cute together, but the bickering over Tsukune is a bit more than in the manga. Like in every episode or near the end of each episode they would fight over Tsukune, and it is just funny. Also the characters' personalities are pretty accurate when compared to the manga.
Enjoyment: I really liked this anime. Well it may have been influence by the fact that I really loved the manga. The characters were just really well drawn and I just thought that they looked better than the manga. Also I thought the characters' personalities were really accurate and their voices really did sounded the way I had imagine their voice would be so I really enjoyed this anime. However the fanservice really does get annoying though, but beside that, the anime was pretty good. Well hope you enjoy this anime, if not try reading the manga, because in the manga there is way more plot and character development, and it is a pretty good story :D So have fun!
