This show IS NOT BAD AT ALL! But..
there is a but. Before the complaints, let's start talking about the good, cool, enjoyable part of this anime. The story is original and fascinating, you'll sure love it too. It was made in 2013, so don't be too harsh on animations or art styles, but honestly it wasn't completely bad.
So what were my complaints? Well.. art style. You could say its one of my complaints. but I'm not even sure if i have to make it an issue. the other one is the main girl, Kaga Kouko. I just can't like her. She's so unlikeable. Honestly i did hope they would end up together, BUT (and here I am writing a spoiler(?)) i did hope too that Tada Banri and Linda would end up together. She's got neurons, unlike Tada Banri and Kaga Kouko, that even together they don't form half neuron
My guess is 7.5/10, it's not like you could die if you have never seen this, but if you have some time to spend, why not watching this?
