Overall, this was enjoyable to watch in the cinema, BUT BUT BUT, I really didn't enjoy the forced comedy. I really think that this movie could have went on a different path, a more dark and obscure one, more "bloody" and "gore". The story and the dialogue didn't do justice for the amazing sound/music on the background, but that's only my opinion. The villain story and his motives were also pretty meh with no background really to uphold it, or at least the movie didn't present them.
Coming back to the art, the animation and the overall visual effects, I think it was good, especially combined with the sound. But I cannot stress enough how the disappointed the dialogue and overall story was.
Conclusion: good but could have been a masterpiece if they went for a darker and obscure path with it.
