Koi wa Sekai Seifuku no Ato de is a Rom-con about the villainess and leader of a power rangers-esque team getting together. But this is less serious (so far) than say, Boarding School Juliet (another similar anime).
However, from what I've seen so far this has the makings of a great anime. It's by no means a masterpiece, and some could consider the fanservice a bit distasteful, but the pros outnumbers the cons.
The fanservice is limited. The focus of the anime is mostly on our two main characters. The side characters serve more as devices than actual characters, which so far (3 episodes in) doesn't hurt the show at all. From episode 2 I can already see that there's potential for growth and character development in both protagonists.
They have good chemistry and get together from the beginning, so their challenges lie in hiding their relation and learning how to further their relation by being good to one another.
I don't expect high amounts of complex or intricate plots, as the anime seems to lean more towards the comedy/parody side, but some serious arcs could develop/appear sooner or later and wouldn't feel out of place. Particularly, whenever they decide to go public with the relationship. Can't wait to see.
But as the romance connoisseur who is bad with words and reviews, I have to recommend this anime to anyone who's looking for some real, non-harem non-super tropey romance.
