Yoru Ni Kakeru is a masterpiece. The MV tells us a story about a couple, with the girl being suicidal. The boy notices something is different about the girl, then he finds her on the edge of the rooftop. He stops her from almost killing herself. As we watch the MV, we learn that the girl can see things the boy doesn't. This refers to two types of people: "Thanatos" who are people who love death, and "Eros ", people who love life. The girl seems to be a Thanatos, and the thing that she sees is the reaper, who tempts her to kill herself. The boy claims that the girl is in love with the reaper. The boy can't save her from the temptation of the reaper and becomes tired of life itself. The girl wants to commit suicide, but only if the boy joins her. The boy gives in, and it is revealed in the last chorus that the boy is a Thanatos and the girl is the reaper, tempting him to commit suicide all along. The MV ends with them both falling from a building.
Overall great anime with a great plot twist! Waiting for season 2!
