The plot is so similar to a trash isekai show but beyond this ,however, the show starts off to deviate from the standard genre formula. The protagonist here is not a too good to be true boy but a dic#head. He is not a maniac, power hungry but an isolated teenager and he is one of the most enjoyable characters I have ever seen
The best part starts when it establishes it's group. Now, in a normal isekai show the characters would call each other best friends all the time but konosuba is such banger of a show and knows how to handle it. This is where the anime shines!
The dynamic it establishes with its group is just so enjoyable and sooo good.
Their interactions are based on each other constantly being harsh on each other insulting and mocking. This is far more convincing as far as friendship goes and far more enjoyable
Once they get to know each other more they become comfortable and start to understand each other.
Konosuba knows how to handle it and it makes this loveable characters who feel like a family
My only advise would be to you to start this anime right now and appreciate the entertainment it beautifully provides!
