Characters died left and right, but not one of them seemed worthless (okay except for the pervert guy, he can rot in hell). The meaning of sacrifice and living are so outstandingly done and completed that I was left in awe and, ngl, tears.
I highly recommend this to anyone who's looking to read something with a dark undertone but overall very deep and emotional plot. Many times we see why it is never okay to give up and why it is of the utmost importance to value life, especially your own.
