I don't have a whole lot to say about this show, so this won't be an exhaustive or even remotely in-depth review. But it's a fantastically enjoyable, raunchy, episodic show that never takes itself too seriously, it's a raunchy young young-guy comedy done right; it's a shame to see so many anime tackle the same basic concept all these decades later and fail to produce something even close to as good as Golden Boy.

The character is the dumb-but-lucky type and but he's hard to not like, and the girls he encounters have a lot of personality for characters confined to a single episode. The art direction is great and really makes you yearn for that nostalgic top-tier 90s animation that just hasn't been replicated in the later decades. It's really shocking how well animated this show is given that it's a short six-episode OVA.

All in all just a very enjoyable, well executed and animated anime. With no grandiose ambitions, yet it still manages to really stick out to me as one of best feel-good risqué anime of the 90s despite it's brevity.
