a pretty good short read, although it does feel a little stretched out towards the end.
this type of story tends to crop up a lot in teen media and this really is more or less just the same thing. can't really complain about a whole lot. it is a serviceable story and i do think it'd make for a good week-end read or even a couple of hours. and while this doesn't have much to do with anything, the final chapter is definitely the most interesting.
if i were to have my gripes, they'd be centered around the lack of chaotic events. yes, there were a couple of moments in there but they really could've upped the ante. it really wold benefit from a higher level of risk; make things more interesting.
