To answer that question it would seem that going back is much harder than one would think. A lot changes in a decade and it turns out adjusting is not easy.
Throughout Aratas journey we get many plot twists and turns each one more satisfying than the last. We even get a satisfying ending with the MCs story concluding which not too many romcom series seem to do.
