ah Uzaki chan so much drama for something so small. I enjoyed Uzaki chan, its overall a cute romance slice of life, all the characters felt like they could be real people and they were quiet easy to relate to. Uzaki chan despite the controversy is a far more interesting character because of her personality, i started watching it because of the twitter riot it caused but i stayed for Uzaki as a character and enjoyed that she wasn't blank slate ecchi character type 1. it definitely has ecchi jokes and while i would have enjoyed them more if i were a teenager but i feel as if a few were boring and unneeded but when they worked they really worked well. the show isn't carried by the ecchi aspects and while i think one or two episodes over do it i don't think the effected the over all rating. the story is a pretty basic romcom and were the characters bad or unlikeable it would have been boring but the characters make the story interesting. i think the main male protagonist, Shinichi was sort of a basic introverted character seen in shows like toradora but that's not to say he was boring or unlikeable he was relatable, this is of course by design but i still enjoyed him. over all i enjoyed Uzaki chan everything was good and i didnt struggle to stay watching.
