As far as the animation goes, I enjoyed it. It is older but I liked the color pallet and a lot of the movement was decently fluid.
Sound was fine as well. The soundtrack didn't really stick out to much to me to be honest, other than the silly opening song.
Overall this show is just a must see, I would recommend reading the manga first but its not really necessary.
