What is not subjective is logic and this series is completely absent of it. After few million episodes one would think character would change, learn from his past cases, grow at least a centimeter or two. But no, he stays the same, with same old characters still being surprised at same things that happened past 65 times. At this point Conan should be closing in on retirement age or he's found cure for mortality or he's solving another murder case every 30 minutes. Not sure what is less believable.
I did watch some 100 or so episodes but I can't remember how much because pretty much all of them are the same. Uneventful murder cases with same outcomes and same development. Why did I watch so many, I don't know but lets attribute it to a delicate cocktail of masochism and nothing better to watch over dry periods.
Should you watch it... perhaps if you have nothing better to do with your life, no lawn to mow, toilets to clean, knit a sweater or anything else more productive. Also it is said there's humor in there somewhere but I haven't ran into one over 100 episodes. Rating it currently has is nowhere near representative. I'd give it 5 at best if am drunk enough.
