I began watching Ginatama less than a month ago and I understand why everyone on this website loves it. I love this movie. I watched it in place of the 4 episodes from the show (that I am going to go back and watch). It's crazy how this show can make such a drastic change from the comical episodes to high intensity episodes and yet still work so well. These type of episodes (and movies) make me miss the light-hearted episodes, even though I just watched 58 of them in a row. However those episodes make me miss the serious episodes. It's almost as if it's 2 shows put together, however it works insanely well. I would've liked to see more of the Shinsengumi, but it would've been way too crowded (and they even joked about it in the end credit). What I am saying is that this movie, and series is great. Highly recommend!
