Ok so Evangelion is one of my favorite serious and the ending of this movie is really appetizing but there are a few letdowns. Firstly the movie doesn't answer many questions that I have been asking. Like who in the world is Mari? The art is incredible but I honestly feel like its animated and designed like a video game. Sound is great. Characters are amazing as usual. Only problems is not answering questions and pacing is a bit bad. I feel like if they went more in depth and if the movies were a bit more similar to NGE in which they add more dementia scenes where it shows the characters facing their inner demons the movie would definitely be a 9/10 but for now it deserves 7/10. Not a masterpiece but just there.
