The animation varies greatly from frame to frame and while the character designs are mostly the same from the original the only change that happens is some extreme degradation of quality in motion. Janky running animations and odd stretch effects during pivots of characters are just the beginning of the bad.
It is not the worst show I've seen but it is close....
