The plot is centered around our protagonist Kobato, whose carefree and kind attitude is entirely endearing. Often I find 'ditzy' characters to be annoying and made dumb for purely comedic effect. Still, she was written in a way that never read as her being truly 'stupid.' She was wonderful to watch as her journey progressed, and as for all the other characters - I found them equally enjoyable, as well. Which only made the show more entertaining as I wholeheartedly cared about what happened to those we were introduced to.
Aside from that, the story was awesome! Every episode had meaning and significance - and overall - was uniquely genuine. It had me crying on several different episodes! Not often do I feel that way, but this touched my heart! Highly recommend!
