His sister is violent, a hypocrit, self-centered, rude and totally uncaring towards others. She lies to her "best" friends at school about her hobby because she knew they despised otakus like hers. The moment one of them new about her hobby, she was about to unfriend her completely. And her attitude towards the main character is totally horrible too. Her friendliness towards the broter was shown to be a fake face when she also treated him badly even though he has been doing nothing but helpful towards her. And her loli friend too, the episode about her joining a competition to win the prize figure for the sister also showed how much of a self-centered and terrible person she it.
Back to the sister herself, she'd shown terrible personality towards everyone (even to her otaku friends and the main character's childhood friend) except for those "best" friends at school and despiter her brother unconditionally do things for her both in front and at her back, she still treated him terribly at the very end. The second last episode of her doing an apology party for her brother seemed totally forced onto her as well as she continued to abose him even during that party. This girl is all Tsun and no dere at all.
The best characters is the otaku friends, they really do care for each other and tried their best to help each other despite the rudeness from the sister.

In summary, if you want to annoy yourself with the terrible personality of the main heroine that's all Tsun and no dere, this will be perfect. The story is mediocre, the animation is above average for its time.
