Story:
This anime most likely inspired/based on real all-female theater company, Takarazuka. Until this point in story we already learn how competitive this school is. Competitive in here means that there are some standard for them to survive in this school and there will be some kind of drama among students. And it seems all characters struggling with some problem, even Sarasa. Until this point, we already see some character development from Ai and it seems we will see character development from another characters.
Characters:
The main characters are Sarasa and Ai. Sarasa, she is full of positivity and seems really cheerful but you also realize from the foreshadowing that there is some problem she has. She looks airhead but from what she said you will also realize she is not as simple as she looks. What kind of problem she has? Why she specifically want to be Oscar?
"I was lucky enough to be born a girl". This words of her actually hit me a lot because never once in my life I feel lucky to be born as a girl and I feel more like cursed. So I want to follow the journey of Sarasa who speak like this about being a girl.
Ai. I think how the author portray the cause and outcome of her trauma is really good. Not only that, but the author convey her feeling really well. I also like how they solve the problem by showing how the stalker is not as bad as he seems. It's because our hatred born from trauma and it makes us have bias perception of certain gender. To get rid of this, we need to fix our perception and I think the first step of Ai is also the same. She needs to see that not all men are scary, and some men that you think as bad maybe in fact good people.
These two characters are so different and that's what make them mismatched at first and cause some tension (Sarasa who doesn't really have personal space want to be friend with Ai who doesn't want anything to do with other people). But I believe their differences will complement each other.
It seems we will see problem of the other characters. We already see some foreshadow of problem they have like Ayako and Risa. It seems there will be some kind of drama start from Hijiri.
I really enjoy this anime and I hope we will see more character development and how they will solve the problems of these girls!
