Well, I have found myself hooked from the beginning, mainly because of the potential of the flawed main character and the mystery it presents.
When we see what "my hero", his writing, was... we can truly see the evolution of the character, pushed forward thanks to Airi and her words about trusting others so they can reciprocate trusting you, he wanted to be trustworthy but struggled trusting others and put the weigh of the world on his shoulders.
The antagonist is wicked and feels real, it is exactly the enemy Satoru needed to grow, their final confrontation is the sum of all the progress he did.
I never felt the need to write a review but here I am trying to put my feelings about Boku dake ga Inai Machi in words, there is so much left to say about it but I'm still trying to piece them out together, but what i enjoyed the most was the evolution of Satoru and all the things that pushed him to the conclusion, you can really see the influence of all the other characters in Satoru the moment he decided to open up and onwards.
