I'm not sure how often any specials or OVAs really need to be reviewed when they're obviously not trying to be judged by the same standards of the main show. Three 7-minute long shorts that basically add up to a 12th episode sort of epilogue to the series is fine by me. The art style and storylines are still as creative as ever, with the main "gang" telling stories revolving around a land submarine that can magically move through land without crashing into anything. The stories are fun enough and revolve around the basic dynamics of the characters, it's nothing crazy but I would say it's worth watching if you liked the main series.
