Part 5 begins with the protagonist, Giorno Giovanna (GioGio haha clever pun), walking through the streets of some Italian city. At first, this scene serves only to portray the degenerate state of Italy in relation with drugs and how they influence the youth. However, it also shows an important aspect of Giorno: his powerlessness and insatisfaction with the situation even if he himself is a criminal who aspires to be a Gangstar (another clever pun with the Joestar's name haha so funny). He soon meets Hirose Koichi (a character from the worst part of Jojo, part 4 GOD I HATE PART 4) and proceeds to scam him by steali
