This anime reopened my mind and made me leave the incel community. After breaking up with my girlfriend I started to hate women and thought that they only wanted the handsome buff guys and the ugly/normal guys will get the scraps. I was thinking this way for over 2 years and kept becoming more sexist and misogynistic every day. It wasn't until this anime that I realized that a relationship is both people who care and support each other no matter what happens. Junichi didn't like Yukana at first and only thought of himself and losing his virginity. It wasn't until halfway through the series that he was actually catching feelings for her and cared about her well being. The other girls wanted to separate them to have a chance with Junichi, he didn't want to be with them since he didn't feel that way about them and didn't want to take advantage of them either. Once Dai came into the picture, I knew that he only wanted Yukana for her body and nothing else. I started getting pissed at him and then I realized that's how I felt about women. Viewing this anime taught me to be with someone you love for they are and not just for their body. I have apologized to my ex and she doesn't want anything to do with me and I accept that since it was my fault. I'm going to try to find a girl who has a great personality and will love her for who she really is.
