What an interesting manga to say the least.
I took this up after finishing "Forget-me-not" because this is related to that on MAL.
La Pomme Prisonnière, which just means "The Imprisoned Apple", also a Drouin Calvados product (no idea if hidden meaning). Follows Imari of "Forget-me-not" doing all kinds of aimless activities, though, mostly, commits such activities in the nude. Hey, someone needed the fanservice.
Don't quote me, but I have heard that nudity is a form of purity, probably dates back to religious references, so that being taken over to this short may or may not be a kind of parallel the story aligned itself to. It would check out as Imari is mostly doing aimless stuff, nothing lustful too, mind you. What confuses me is why if she isn't really that innocent of a person in the original story. I have no clue, but as a standalone, this has enough evidence to correlate some kind of connection with a pure person that Imari is presented to be here.
The art is quite literally the same as "Forget-me-not", so I don't see why I should change my thoughts on that.
The enjoyment is, well, it can go one of two ways ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Personally, this was a fun little manga that literally takes little effort to read as dialogue is incredibly small to the point where it doesn't even matter. Imari does a thing here, sometimes it is funny, sometimes it is just another one of those antics, sometimes it is what it literally is, "some state of existence".
I would take this up if you have seen the original story already. Up there with one of the easiest things to read. And if nothing else. Fanservice.
