Mixed Feelings
This manga had a really great premise, but a few chapters in it started to become a generic, forgettable cheap manga that was clearly still going on even if the author had lost interest in working properly on it.
The two main characters might seem cliché, but they in some sense bring realism to their archetypes. Oogami is the classical lonely outcast but she's also seeing having the pervert thoughts every teenager has, this is a very brave choice that reflects how really teenagers are and it's not often seen in mangas. Yaginuma is the quiet and apparently emotionless guy, but in this case the reason for it is that his condition has deeply traumatized him to the point that he can't enjoy life as a normal person. The supernatural aspect is treated in an interesting way as it serves both as a comedic relief and, most importantly, as the main antagonist of the story.
Up to chapter 11, when the two characters officially became a couple, the manga was great. The setup and the conditions of the protagonists were enough to provide a source of troubles that they had to overcome. I was happy that they became a couple so early, so that the story could have focused more on the struggles of the relationship between a perverted girl and a guy with an annoying ability.
What the story became after that, instead, is a perpetuous cycle of unrealistic and poorly written jealousy plot that would be considered bad even for soap operas standards, an incredibly high number of cockblocking scenes and an involution of the characters in terms of maturity. The characters seem to forget the past, they talk about wanting to grow up and learn about life but they still make the same mistakes over and over which, of course, is something realistic, but it doesn't mean it's something work of being the plot of a story.
The ending is simply bad. It's not well though, it looks like something written in a rush just to end the series and follows no logic whatsoever.
I really don't recommend you to read this manga because it's so good at the beginning that it will only leave you a sense of anger when you finish it. If ever, read up until chapter 11, then stop.
