Unfortunately, whenever the hijinks stopped and the focus shifted towards the volleyball game scenes, that's when my interest started to wane. I get that volleyball is the main point of this show and it's kind of a stupid thing to complain about, but I just couldn't bring myself to care. These games are really not exciting to watch if you're not into sports anime. I also couldn't bring myself to care about the story, either. The stakes just aren't high enough for me, it's to the point where anyone can spoil the ending for me and I wouldn't be mad at all. Overall, it's a decent show, I like the characters and the comedy, but those 2 things just weren't enough to keep me engaged.
