C is a unique piece that blends together economics, philosophy, art, relationships, and everything else that makes up a person's life in an artistic way.

Why I liked it:
- The story is original but if I had to describe it, it's like The Matrix, Vanilla Sky, Wall Street, Digimon, and The Matrix (again hehe) rolled into one series. It's a strange combination blend that somehow worked.

- The music and art reminds me of the older Anime style, which was very nostalgic. The character designs are plain with the exception of Masakaki, the mysterious host of the Financial District. However, the setting of the Financial District had a very artistic feel that Salvador Dali would have felt comfortable in.

- Mikuni Souichirou and Yoga Kimmimaro had the most character development. Kimmimaro was always searching for an answer and a way. On the surface, he seemed like a lost boring character, but that's why he's a philosopher and why he was able to develop. Watching Kimmimaro and Mashu (his Asset) interact was entertaining. I also found myself paying close attention to Masakaki since he's the ticket into understanding what the Financial District really is.

- Despite not understanding how the battle system worked (I don't think the writers understood it either) and the other majority of things left unanswered, neglected, or misunderstood; in the end, it was enjoyable which is all that really matters.
