I initially really enjoyed the show with an interesting story of "being strong" but "weak" at the same time. But as the show went on, absolutely nothing was accomplished.
Lloyd still is the EXACT same at the start as he is in the end. Clueless and naïve.
I find the easiest way to explain why this anime is quite mediocre or below average is absolutely nothing happened in the show. Besides Lloyd's Harem, the status of the world is the exact same as it was in Episode 1 as it is in Episode 12.
The only thing different is the viewer knows more lore and background of specific characters.
The obliviousness of pretty much every character except Riho drives me crazy. "Oh the world is ending tomorrow?" "Ehh, I'll figure it out tomorrow." type of laziness.
