Shimoneta is a decent anime to entertain, it has a light rhythm that does not make the episodes heavy, however it is not a masterpiece either, the plot is silly but it serves its purpose being a comedy, with its plot one would expect something more echii, although There are some spacy scenes in this series, you won't find much to please you if that's what you're looking for and you know what I mean.
Still there are nice designs and the voice acting in this particular series seemed very good to me.
Consider that, without saying any major spoilers, this series does not have an ending to the story it proposes and it seems that there will be no second season, so if you plan to see something with a closed ending, better not take this series into account.
