Despite the fact that the series is only up to twenty-two episodes, everything is moving fast. From the character introductions to the death of shikis. Though I'm out of the whole 'Ooohh! Vampires!' sort of phase, Shiki is an exception. All the characters have their own personalities and share their own story. Though there is an obvious protagonist and antagonist, the entire show invovles all the villagers and civillians. Definately worth a shot, especially if you love creepy thrillers with a side of comedy.
