Pulpy scifi fantasy, but like really bad. Felt like I was watching some cultist film, but made in Bangladesh. I get that it took some inspiration from the Indian mythologies, but that just adds to the cult-like theme of the movie.
The animation quality varied, some scenes were really dynamic, then it stopped being that and came the freeze frames. Some sounds were similar to tom and jerry type slapstick stuff.
Maybe because of all the content of the manga crammed together in one anime and not giving room for the characters to grow and the time for the audiences to latch on to. But, like, nothing makes sense in this mess of an anime. Any logic is out of the window, and there's no time for the characters to shine, except for that one sword weilding precognitive cyborg lady. The sun king with psychic power, the mother-machine which is worshipped as a god, also looks like a hindu idol, all of these could be in a better anime. An anime which this one fails to be.
I mean, mediaeval monarchist society with fighter jets and dinosaurs in a planet on Andromeda galaxy, being invaded by robots that will take over the population’s body... sounds bad but awesome right? But naah. Don’t waste your time with this one. Not even the twin incest suicide couldn’t save this one. Yikes!
