The main character's boring and repetitive life is a product of her being unmotivated and as soon as she realized it, she wanted to change everything by restarting her life. And though the ending is not pretty much what she expected, I honestly like it and I agree on how the author does it because that would be the most realistic thing.
What I learn most out of this story is if you want to change something in your life, changing your environment is not the right thing to do, instead, you have to change yourself, your actions, and your perspective.
