Why this sort of anime gets way too high scores (especially being a 3D one)? every freaking season now has this overrated as heck show, it's your typical mediocre drama/romance anime but instead of humans, furries take over, the same tropes that turns most drama animes into a drag are here having a few exceptions here and there like legosi or legoshi and the panda ''teacher'' and that's it, there is a few interesting world building ideas like the whole carnivore x herbivore ''clash'' the other being since each character is an animal, each has advantages and disavantages both socially and in brawls, but unfortunately these are often tossed aside in favor of terrible side characters which some are real dickheads for no real reason, petty dramas and love triangles/squares that by now thousands of anime of the same genre do better like Toradora or Ano hana.

The few moments the anime shakes things up is the few far between fights being more precise the one that breaks out on the theater and a larger one during the rescue arc that add some degree of tension and the differences between each race becomes more prominent, there is also the assassination that happens early on that adds a slight degree of mistery and helps explains better why certain things happen on the universe, but unfortunately it is tossed aside for you must imagine by now why it is, likely to be adressed on the confirmed second season (which i'am not certain if i should waste time or not watching)

With the few fight scenes that it had, world building ideas and very specific characters aside, what else the anime has? the 3D is usually a insta drop factor but the anime actually has a farily decent one, especially the characters visuals, however the enviroments don't have the same charm, there is no real memorable location
At last the soundtrack is one of the few traits the series has that can be enjoyed, especially the opening song (ALI - Wild side, the same group that gave us the amazing jujutsu kaisen ending) it does a fairly good job to keep you entertained

One thing i feel i should comment (also a point of criticism) is how the series has perhaps one of worst possible romantic interest for a main character it could have, so legosi/legoshi does a pretty good job as a main protagonist, he possess pros and cons and doesn't solve things flawlessly, along with family issues, the drama of being a grey wolf and how he has to deal with a usually intimidating enviroment, let's say he has traits of a shounen protagonist but at the same time not since he doesn't turn everyone into his friend, problem is legosi/legoshi has to go through great lenghts and conflicts just to save (spoiler).... a girlfriend with a past of being essentially a whore
So haru is this dwarf rabbit that literally does justice to the ''carousel of dicks'' meme essentially that type of woman who has done indecent things with god knows how many furries in the past and now says she is all yours (sort of), the series tries to soften that or justify by saying she did because she didn't want to feel pity from others, but rather being seen as haru and not just another dwarf rabbit (could be said it was so she could survive in a way), it's honestly quite stupid making it look like some of those twisted doujins, the point is that Legosi goes through quite a lot for the worst possible girlfriend that even lies to him initially regarding her current relationship
