I have to say, I'm normally not a fan of harem anime types, but I actually enjoyed this one quite a bit. I found it very fun to watch and had a lot of fun watching Tsukune's adventures with the girls :).
As it is a harem anime with ecchi written all over it with crazy fan-service, I feel that it actually has a pretty decent story behind it. I found there is some good character development (namely with Inner Moka, Kurumu and Tsukune) and it also has it's deep moments too. I really like how the character Tsukune seems to be more involved wth the other characters than typically known in harem anime and is not often shoved to the side like most. This very fact is one of the bigger reasons I enjoyed it more and overall, I give this anime an 8/10 for having some decent character development, serious moments and being very enjoyable, despite it's large amounts of fan-service.
If you don't mind silly mountains of fan-service, than this might be a good watch :).
