The it being a romance kinda rubs the wrong way since she is 13 and he is 17, ya know pedophilic. However he doesn't seem romantically attracted to her in my opinion (more like someone who sees potential in a student and wants to see them grow into that potential) while she kinda has puppy love (he seems to be her first crush and i know mu first crush was on an adult). but that could just be bad romance writing.
the story is interesting but i feel like the world is more interesting then the story.
Could of done with less perv jokes however it is an anime and all animes tend to have perv jokes even with children.
