I won't really follow your typical review guidelines (I will SIMPly skip the art and sound department as they are completely irrelevant in this particular case) and go straight to the dirt and trash and sewage of this abomination of an anime.
We have the story - a lonely college virgin simps over a perfect woman, giving her hundreds (potentially even thousands) of $ of his hard-earned money so that she spends time with him. Maybe even speak to him from time to time. Hell, if he coughs enough dough, she might even hold his hand! I MEAN, HAND-HOLDING!!!1 Oh, there is some revenge plot line with his ex that, even after 150+ manga chapters, we've yet to see what she's actually planning. But she's there, hiding and biding her time like Thanos. We also have some secondary girls that show up and thirst after the virgin simp for... reasons? Because this is a harem after all. And hordes of wet kouhai are swarming around their favorite senpai. Just like in real life, right?

The characters - I will spend some time explaining why I hate each and every one of them.
Mizuhara - a perfect, 11/10, super talented and hardworking, smart, interesting, funny, can cook, can clean, cares for her ill grandmother, wants to become a movie star. If God ever decided to create the perfect female, he would undoubtedly look at Mizuhara, then proceed to dump her in a trashcan and actually try to make a normal human being. Mizuhara is, apart from all those perfect qualities, completely indifferent to her simps, lies in their face, pretends to care for them, provided they shower her with money, then forgets they exist once the time they paid for expires. Even when someone goes out of their way to idolize her, elevate her to the status of an angel, as she can do no wrong and is perfect in every single aspect, and basically devote their life to serving her every whimsical desire, the most she can muster as a response is "thanks" (I'm not even joking, in the manga, without spoilers, the mc does extraordinary feats of servitude, the likes of which I've never even seen, literally dedicates his every waking moment to serving her and making her dreams come true, and after 150 episodes of him doing so, she only says "thanks" a few times.) Mizuhara is a horrible person, garbage as garbage goes.
Kazuya - the simp. He does it all - he pays for his goddess, he thinks of her 24/7 (literally), he pleasures himself to the thought of being in the shower with his goddess (literally), he spends $$$$$ on her (literally), he ignores the advances of other, potentially better women that actually care for him, just so that he remains faithful to his goddess (literally), he even makes the dream of his goddess COME TRUE (LITERALLY) and in the end he is rewarded with... nothing really. I mean, that's it. He did/does all that and his goddess Mizuhara does... nothing... in return.... for him...
Mami - the ex. She's a conniving, backstabbing, self-centered, greedy, jealous, vengeful and awful person. But she's hot. Basically, a realistic person. While not really a love interest currently, she has some insidious plan to take revenge because, in her mind, the simp has to stay miserable. This plan is, as of the latest manga chapter, yet to even be show, but she's out there. Like Thanos! Ready to SNAP!
Ruka - the girlfriend. Yes, the actual one. Not the fake, paid actress. Ruka actually says she is the simp's girlfriend. She's jealous, yet forgiving. She's stubborn, yet understanding. She's cute, yet a bit yandere. Out of all characters, she's the most interesting and the one I'd actually be ok winning the race. But we all know that won't happen. Because, at the end of the day, if she not a thot, he will not trot.
Sumi - the shy one. She's also a piece of garbage rent-a-girlfriend-liar but she's BAD AT IT. Like, she can't speak to any of the customers because she's super shy. The only person she can comfortably hang out is the simp, but ONYL if he pays for it. My modest theory is that she also likes the simp and if the simp were to profess his love to her, she wouldn't mind dating the simp. He'd still be paying though...
Aaand that's it basically. There's nothing else going on here. Story is god-awful, characters are the embodiment of cringe, some make me want to puke, some make me want to pull my hair, some make me want to smash my TV. As far as enjoyment goes, if you're a masochist that hates himself, you'll likely enjoy this anime.
