Just first episode has so much happening, while keeping up the humour and building towards a great music later. It doesn't keep it up all the way, however the enjoyment stays. There are better animes if you like sad stories, but for feel-happy work-hard this is one of the best. Would love to see more series like this.
The characters are quite simple and don't change much, but still, my favourite musical anime. The stupidity of Nodame with combination of perfectionism of Chiaky is hilarious and feels nice.
