i was interested in watching because i had received many recommendations to watch it by many people. To begin with the story line was amazing, every question that could arise would at some point be answered within the short 24 episodes. It included Romance, Friendship, Tradgety, Horror, Mystery, Action, Supernatural and Comedy all without it feeling "rushed" or "squeezing in extra" like many anime's tend to do.
Although unfortunately because of all the many genre's meshed together it does somewhat make the story difficult to follow. Its defiantly something you have to pay attention to when watching the episodes. BUT fortunately they do somewhat sum things up simply and shortly every once in a while in case you happened to miss any key details. Sometimes the art work is a little hard to follow. Especially in the case of the first opening.
I personally didnt like the 1st opening and ending songs but they grew on me and i ended up liking them so much that they had to be added to my ipod. The 2nd opening and ending songs never grew on me.
Character development was great.. is about all i can say without giving out any spoilers. I also really loved the voice actors i felt they suited their role perfectly.
Overall i highly recomend it. There arent many new animes that are so enjoyable. Oh, but i do recomend this to about teenagers and up due to some of its content or things that are mentioned. (eg. Gang fights, Illegal actions, Kidnapping, Blood etc.)
