Here you have a person who has essentially taken an arc of a show known for its poor character development, ruining a cool concept (Taking a sword to a gunfight is ridiculous. Don't @ me.) and has revamped it into something interesting.
The main character is interesting and likeable. She has goals and motivations and her ability to get along with people to get over her insecurities is fantastic. What's more...it doesn't feel like there's a major villain, but more a major rival, which is not often done.
I had a blast with the detail on the guns and the motivations of the characters. It was really enjoyable and I highly recommend you give this a go.
