We have seen simps in many a show, whether that be anime, manga, doujin and hentai. However, in this one, I can award the biggest simp award to Shintarou.
Not only does he after watching his girlfriend get done by another man stay with her to protect her to stop her shame getting released to the public, he actively protects that from going public whilst standing watch. The first episode, he did not know. The second episode he did know and he protects the two girls who actively enjoy the situation they are in.
WHY IS HE SUCH A MUG. Noone in the real world in the right mind was to continue pretending to be the boyfriend regardless of the situation.
Did she struggle in the end? No.
Did she resist? No.
Did she enjoy it and does as asked? Yes.
Did she make the boyfriend feel awful? Yes.

Now NTR means nothing to me in that I just see another art form in perhaps a more lewd setting. Although morally wrong it is also something more common than most would like to admit.
The issue with this show outside of the simp factor is that the story itself has no real soul. It is just plain from start to finish and doesn't really try to do anything but present itself as an NTR hentai.
The art is pretty standard for this sort of thing and sound too.
In the end, it isn't that it isn't good to watch it is just boring.
